Oven Baked Frittata with Goat Cheese, Zucchini and Cherry Tomatoes

Sorry to listen to Debbie! Hmm allowed’s see. Perhaps your parchment paper isn’t as “non-stick” as mine? or the batter was a little under baked? Following time you can attempt splashing a little food preparation spray on the parchment paper to ensure it does not stick.
